We understand that your travel plans can change and we have a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
Bison River Resort Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:

25% minimum cancellation charges.

50% if cancelled less than 30 days before the Check-in Date.

There will be no refund for NO SHOW. There will also be no refund for early checkout or cancellation made less than 10 days before the check-in date or no show.
Wilderness Resort Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:

Full Refund - 30 days before check-in date.

50% Refund - for cancellation 15 days before the check-in date.

There will be no refund for NO SHOW, early checkout or cancellation made less than 4 days prior to the check-in date or no show.
Other Resorts Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:

10% of tariff for cancellation 2 weeks before check-in date/time (exclusive of check-in date)

50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and two working days before check-in date/time (exclusive of check-in date)
-
No refund for cancellation less than two working days before check-in date/time (exclusive of check-in date)
- There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
Postponement / Rescheduling Rules::

One rescheduling is free if requested two or more than two weeks before check in date/time (Once rescheduled there is no further change or cancellation).

10% of the tariff, if requested between 48 hours to two weeks before check in date/time.

50% of the tariff, if requested within 24 hours to 48 hours before check in date/time.

No modification, if requested within 24 hours to check in.
Note: All requests for cancellation/postponement of confirmed booking have to be communicated only through email.
